we have 200 odd ad intergrated isa 2004 firewall clients with wpad proxy settings etc all working perfectly for 2 years,as I have started to manually update clients to ie7 random clients are now experiencing authentication issues. No other changes have been made.Tried resetting all ie7settings  to default and clearing cache seems to make no difference. Webproxy login comes up at completely random times but firewall icon connection is still active, and still detects ISA correctly when tested but nothing will get rid of login prompt until complete reboot of machine or logout and then it will work for occasional periods again.A couple of clients have deteriorated to requiring login every two minutes or so and I had to uninstall client completely to make them usable. Tried reinstalling client after ie7,tried updating client to latest version.
Is there anything in ie7 that would break this and how would I trouble shoot this
all ie6 clients still working as normal

Hi K,

I suspect this is a coincidence -- I've seen no problems with the FWC on either XP or Vista with IE7
