Hello
I'm a new user on this forum, coming from Lyon, France and i work in computer management on a big cancer treatment structure.

We are currently working on a VLAN solution to offer to public users a web access.
So, we are trying to implement a captive portal.

Do you know if ISA or an other Windows software can offer it? (with Radius authentification, it would be great!)

Thanks

Depending on your setup you could use m0n0wall, a free embedded firewall software package based on FreeBSD. It has a captive portal feature that is fairly easy to use. It won't integrate with ISA but you could put it in front/back of your firewall as a free standing server. http://m0n0.ch/wall/
