i run ISA 2004 in a hotel. i have a guest who is trying to connect to his home network via VPN.problem is he connects then it hangs on him at the point of authenticating to his home network; the same is happening with another guest this time connecting to a different home network.
the connection has worked before, what could be causing this?

What VPN protocols are they trying to use?

If they are trying to use L2TP/IPSec, and they're using WinXP SP2, then they need to fix the NAT-T bug introduced with Windows XP SP2.
