OK, here is the environment:

WatchGuard X-core
ISA Server 2006 Standard Edition

WatchGuard NIC1:  WAN - public IP
WatchGuard NIC2:  LAN -

Order of connections:

Adtran - WatchGuard untrusted - WatchGuard trusted - switch - ISA WAN - ISA LAN (serving as the gateway) - core switch

When trying to put into production, everything seems to stop at the ISA server WAN port.  I am afraid that I have misconfigured something.  Would someone be able to provide any insight to this?  Anybody willing to help over the phone?  This is a big issue for me right now and the boss is upset why it is not in production yet.  I have been pulling my hair out for sometime now.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Brian,

Did you use the back-end firewall template? If so, that might have horked some of your Network Rules. You might want to check those and confirm that Internal to External is set for NAT.

Also, remember you need to create access rules before the ISA Firewall will allow any outbound traffic.
