Hello All,

Here's my situation -

I have an SBS2003R2 Premium system w/ ISA2004SP2.
I have a network and system monitoring software application called Kaseya.
The Kaseya Server resides on a member WS2003R2X64SP2 box inside the LAN and is joined to the domain.
All monitored systems have a client package installed on them that uses port 5721 to push info to the Kaseya Server.
All internal client systems report to the Kaseya Server without a problem.
External client systems do not.
The ISA monitoring log says the connection was denied by the last default rule because of "Unidentified IP traffic".
I have an access rule set up as a user-defined protocol using port 5721, TCP, Inbound. Should work. It doesn't.

What am I missing?

Thanks,
Jimmy

I got an answer from the yahoo smallbiz group. I needed a server publishing ruleinstead of just an access rule. Everything works fine now!
