i have installed the ISA server 2006 std editon, so before i used the isa server 2004 it's work without any problem. my problem is now i can't download the zip file/exes like that file.

i don't know why. and browing is also slow.

give me ur support. top urgent

what's ur DNS settings?

Status: offline 		yes, i'm using the surfcontrol web filter version 5.5. but if i stop that service still the same. i uninstalled the surfcontrol..

i have a internal dns server with our main active directory. from there i forward the to ISP.

if i run he nslookup from my cleint i can resolve the dns.

my isa server pc ip looks like,

lan card.
192.168.187.200

DNS: 192.168.187.1/192.168.187.2

WAN card

gateway:203.143.**.**

ISP DNS

isa rule is
rule number 2 : forward to ISP Allow--DNS---chipp---external---all users

Status: offline 		For zip/exe prob. pls check your settings in surfcontrol & in http filter.

What's ur client type where you are facing slow internet problem ?

both types have the problem.

Right click Every HTTP Rule, Configure HTTP and then check if you have any filtering applied, such as extension / signature ...


or even, check the Logging tab under Monitoring Node, and see what RULE is blocking the download of these files, then you will have a better idea.

Status: offline 		thanks for your support. i didn't apply any filter conditions for HTTP filter. please have a look attached file.



i followed the microsft artical acording to that i modify the regedit. still have the same result.

why is that.
