We currently have one ISA 2006 EE installed and configured in our DMZ in front of our two OWA 2003 servers.  We use ISA Web Farm to load balance our OWA 2003.    We need to install and configure another ISA 2006 for redundancy but I am not sure how should we configure it.  What is the best model available for us?  Is it a cluster Active/Passive and if so, where can I find a documentation about this configuration?  Or, we sould simply use other method of load balancing such as content switch?  We already bought hardware to match the first server.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Hello, NLB is the method to use since clustering is not supported. NLB in ISA 2006 is really easy to use and it works really well.

Remeber that you do not need a IntraArry interface anymore according to Microsoft, but just in case your Array communication dosen't work as it should, have a speare network interface ready on both servers.

And remember, if you use Windows 2003 with SP2 you could have to change som register settings to get everything to work.
