Below are errors I am receiving I have increased the virtual memory on server. I am running cache mode only ISA 2000 Windows 2003 SP2. After reboot works fine but need to reboot twice in the day. Any tweaks that can help would be appreciated.

First sugegstion would be to watch your memory usage on teh apps/services.
w3proxy (the ISA cache) will climb in memory usage... but is it perhaps more the SmartFilter app thats causing the problem which hooks into the ISACache causing it to reports warnings?
Can you 'disable' smart-filter and see if you still hve the problem?
I'd be hitting up http://www.securecomputing.com/ and that error message first.
