Anybody seen any issues with Windows 2003 R2 Std and ISA 2006 Supportability Update?

On several different test server builds I have noticed a significant increase (1 min +) to the Windows startup and logon times after applying the update.  Since I have replicated this on more than three or four test builds I was getting curious.

Additional Info:

Windows 2003 R2 with all the latest patches

ISA 2006 w/ Supportability Update

ISA BPA tool fixes applied

No anti-virus or other applications or additional Windows services installed

ISA setup nearly a mirror to fully functioning ISA 2004 server which has been running great.  So...nothing critical showing as blocked in the ISA monitor.

No errors in Windows event logs

Any thoughts?

Problem solved...  It was a bad drive.  No other errors or issues.
