ISA 2004 can be access by clients in the same domain as the ISA Server or by workstations in workgroup mode.  If you want to deploy an ISA environment which utilized windows integrated authentication, you'll need the ISA Server and the client's in the same domain or one that has domain trusts.  By deploying the workgroup scenario you'll forfeit integrated authentication, make sense?

You can simply set your clients as SecureNet clients, that is to set their default gateway to point to ISA Server Internal Network Card IP Address.

and then on your ISA Server create a rule with the condition ALL Users as follow :

allow > protocols > from internal > to external > all users

your ISA Server has 2 network cards right ??

do you have an internal DNS Server ?

"elmajdal"   i does't have any internal DNS.I have a DSL  router and all configration are done in it. I just use the CAT 5 cable and insert into my land card (WAN).
I have one LAN card and one WAN card.

thanks in advance.

If you have not already, you'll need to create an Access rule in ISA for All Users to allow for the necessary DNS traffic.

http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/The-Definitive-Guide-ISA-Firewall-DNS-Scenarios-Part4.html  (some of the other links on the DNS Scenarios page may be applicable to your environemt, so you may want to review them all.)
