My employer uses ISA so I have installed it at home to learn it.  My experience with it so far at work is that its very impressive.  I have the next couple days off so I am configuring it at home and it is definately working.

Server 2003 Enterprise
ISA 2006 Enterprise

I have not defined any entprise rules as of yet and I'm not clear if I need to perhaps this is causing my problem I'm not sure.  I have created a rule under my array to pass all outbound traffic to all users and anonymous users. When I browse to any old web page it tells me that it has been blocked.  I looked under monitoring and I found that the default entrprise rule blocked my attempt to access the web page.  Aren't those default rules applied AFTER my defined allow all rule?  What am I missing on here?  any help would be appreciated.

Hello Pal,

Can you please explain in detail the rule that you have created for internet access.
