I'm no super user, but a quick and dirty way we have found is to use windows task manager - the network tab - find the network interface your interested in to see it's current usage. In our case our card was 100mbps but it was connecting to an internet connection with only 2mbps - so when it says 2% we're at around our limit I guess. Regards, Bryce Stenberg.

Hello, unfortunally ISA can´t provide us this information. So, you have to use a thrid party tool like MRTG. Take a look at the site below: http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/ Regards.
