Consider this 3-leg perimeter architecture
Denver IIS  (Internal) -> ISA -> External Network

The internal IIS web site have been published successfully by ISA. The external network can access it properly.

Internal IIS web site has its own domain.
ISA is not joining to any domain as well as the machine in the external network

I would like to achieve Single Sign On functionality, so that users at the external network do not need to sign on multiple times.

I have created an external web listener and configure with Integrated HTTP Authentication.

In the web publishing wizard I have configured "no delegation, but client may authenticate directly”

I have a question :

with the above scenarios, I need two sign on , one to the ISA and another one to the IIS in the internal network, what are the suitable configurations to achieve Single Sign On? Do I need to join the ISA server to the same domain as the Internal IIS Web Site?

Thanks for the reply.
