Join to Domain Problem

Hello to all,

    My XP client SP2 has an error to join my DC. But before that i disable Password must meet complexity requirements in Default Domain Controller Security Settings. Becaus i cannot create a user entry. But when i join my client to my domain name msfirewall.org it gives me an error like this:



what was the problem with this? Can anyone teach me on how to resolved this issue. Thank you in advance

yeah its DNS problem again. Do you have any idea on how to solve it? i will try to check it back again. thank you for the reply.

Hi,

Make sure DNS addresses on ur client are configured correctly. In DNS server make sure those clients are registered.

no tariq my ISA function as a firewall only. Separite from my DC. And now its going fine. Got a little missed configure. Thank you roy and tariq.

wrong configuration of creating WPAD entry in DNS the DC did not accept any entry.
