JJacobs -> ISA Diagnostic logging fails to start (27.Mar.2008 4:17:06 AM)

On ISA 2004 SP3 when I try and start the diagnostic logging, I get an error stating :
"A failure occured. The task was not activated.
You do not have the necessary permissions to perform this action."
Any Ideas?
