lzd212 -> ISA Server with Hotspot connection configuration (2.May2008 5:39:40 AM)

Hi, I've a unique requirement to be able using ISA Server 2006 with hotspot connection. When accessing any website from non ISA machine - direct connection - it will redirecting to the ISP Radius Server (web based) - on first time connection attempt only, but when try it with ISA Server (already allows ISP authentication URL in ISA System policy) there is no redirection process, just shown cannot connect to the requested page. ISA Server 2006 Standard Edition running on Windows 2003 Server SP2, domain member Server with 2 NICs.
Internal NIC configuration:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.2
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : -
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1 (Domain Controller)
External NIC configuration (DHCP):
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 202.158.147.222
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 202.158.147.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 202.158.147.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.2 (manually pointing to ISA Internal interface)
Please advice on how to configure ISA using that type of connection.
