Check out http://sync-io.net/ISATools.aspx for Firewall Client Updater.

What it does is it uninstalls the existing version of Firewall Client and installs a version specified by the user.

The reasons I created this was because the computers in my domain had different versions of FWC installed on them and they were never controlled by the GPO.  This app allowed me to bring every computer up to date.

i have tried accessing it from different ISPs
