yba02 -> MSN messenger behind ISA (17.May2008 8:07:03 AM)

Hi,
Running ISA 2004.  Recently, Bandwidth Splitter has also been added to ISA to control users' quotas.
I'm not sure wether the problem arose after installation of Bandwidth Splitter or not.  However, no client can now connect to MSN messenger,  version 8.1.  What might look weird for me is that Windows Live Mail (successor or Outlook Express) is running smooth.
I really need help with this issue please.

Thanks
Yba

Have u tried uninstalling bandwidth splitter to see if MSN reconnect again? Check the following site for any support from bandwidth splitter developers team: http://www.bsplitter.com/support.aspx

Thanks -

Thanks
Yes, I have removed BWS and the problem is still the same.  What really make a difference her is that the same configuration is done somewhere else (ISA+BWS) and it works fine.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Yba

Hi all,
For a reason that I do not know, it is working now.
I think it was a temporary problem with ISA software. Anyway, thank you all for your help.

Regards
Yba
