I just set up a SBS 2003 R2 server with ISA 2004. I did a split DNS config where the internal DNS domain name is the same as the external domain name. We have a web site that is exernally hosted. I put an A record in DNS on the server for www that points to the external web site but I can't get to the web site by www.domainname.com. I've done this before so I know it works. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong ?

I solved it. For some reason I had to put an extra DOT at the end.

OK, that was not the problem after all. The problem is the firewall client. If I disable the firewall client I can get to www.ourdomainname.com but if I enable it I can't.
