I create rules to solve my problem:
1. Allow (SMTP POP3) from (Internal and Local Host) to External for All users
2. Allow POP3 from External to Internal and Local Host for All users
3. Edit System Policy for Remote Monitoring SMTP I added External.
When MS Outlook outgoing mail, apper windows with name smtp-server, login and passowrd. I writed login and passowrd, but mail can't sending.
Please help me.

What kind of problems with ISA Server 2006 ?

have you installed Supportability update for ISA Server 2006 ??

By the way, Sp1 is soon to be released, check the new features here ISA Server 2006 Service Pack 1 Features

Budmaas -> RE: Outgoing SMTP (9.Jun.2008 2:19:00 AM)

Everything went succesful very nicely after I installed win 2003 server r2 & isa 2006.
First it blocked the internet  traffic & forced me to make an allow rule for Internet access.
Then SSL sites were blocked. There was no email for outlook & MS  outlook users even after i created a rule to allow pop3 & SMTP.
GFI WEBMONITOR 4 SCREWED MY SYSTEM VERY BADLY & SLOWED DOWN THE TRAFFIC ALSO  [:o][:o]
after all Once I restarted the server & service was not starting  & stopped conneting to inside & outside network.
I planned to uninstall & forced to get back to my ISA 2000  but was not able  to get the software.
I got ISA 2004 & installed it & it worked fine for everything except SSL sites.
Now thinking to upgrade to ISA 2006 on it....... but still scared bcoz all those headaches.

What do you sugest  ?

Installa Windows  Server 2003 , and patch it fully ( to the latest sp and update )

then install ISA Server 2006 and then install ISA Server supportability update.

Keep GFI aside for a bit and test.
