joeschmoes -> Allow access to ISA from Cisco VPN users (29.May2008 9:39:38 AM)

I have ISA 2004 and a Cisco PIX 515.  I use the PIX to make permanent VPN and client VPN connections.  Once a client connects to the VPN, he is able to use resources on my local network but is unable to access the internet through ISA.  The proxy address is set and the port is set.  The user is unable to access the internet however.
What do I need to do to make this work.

Hi,

Check this article if it helps : Enabling Internet Access for VPN Clients Connected to an ISA Firewall

Thanks for the reply.  The only problem is that I have users connecting through the Cisco PIX VPN and not the ISA VPN.  I'm needing the PIX users to be able to use the ISA to connect through the internet.

Why not terminate the vpn connection on the ISA Server ?

Honestly, we had our PIX before the ISA and have always used it for PTP VPN connections and Client VPN connections.  I have never setup a VPN on the ISA.  If you have any articles or guidance on how to do this, that could be an option.
Thank You
