phillipm -> Unable to browse Microsoft Licensing Website (12.Jun.2008 7:41:54 PM)

We have 2 ISA 2006 Servers 1 x DMZ / 1 x LAN.

When browsing in general we have no issues but get constant timeouts
connecting to https://licensing.microsoft.com/eLicense/L1033/Default.asp
from all Workstation clients apart from the ISA Servers themselves.

error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Anyone got any ideas?

thanks in advance.
phil

Hi Phil,

does ISA log any error?
Why you have 1 ISA in DMZ and 1 ISA in LAN? Do you have another firewall on the edge of your network?

Paulo Oliveira.

Our setup is Checkpoint FW in the middle with ISA's DMZ (upstream) ISA INT (cache) - so when you browse from the Client INT Lan.

this is the error in the INTPROXY - the DMZ ISA shows no errors

Hi,

is there any access rule allowing traffic between INTPROXY and UPSTREAM on port 443?

Regards,
Paulo Oliveira.

Hi Paulo

thanks for your help so far.. There is not set rule for Port 443 between the ISA Servers. So i will try that later on...

Both Servers :
Single Network Adapter Config Setting.
Single Allow ALL BROWSING to ALL Outbound Protocols.
