I only have 2006 Std available and a user is receiving error 0xC00403A6 when creating a connection to ISA.  However, FPC.Root does not expose ConnectToConfigurationStorageServer as mentioned by Microsoft docs : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc302457(TechNet.10).aspx, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms812571.aspx.
