Josh -> ISA to WebMarshal as an upstream proxy (16.Jun.2008 1:13:00 AM)

Hi,
I have an ISA 2006 server authenticating VPN users then pointing them to a WebMarshal upstream proxy server which is not working.
When trying to access a website from a VPN client I am getting an error in the ISA Logs of;
Connection Failed "0x80074e24 FWX_E_CONNECTION_KILLED"
Question being, is this a configuration problem on the ISA server?
Any suggestions would be welcomed!
