I am using ISA Server2004. i have a problem

My browsing is too slow while downloading any file.how could i manage this in ISA2004

Are you hitting your bandwidth limit?  Do you have the latest service packs for ISA 2004?  Have you downloaded, installed and ran the latest ISA BPA tool to verify your configuration is correct?  Is your DNS setup correctly on your NICs?

Dear friend
All things are properly configured.
My point is when the users use accelerator softwares for downloading then the users who are browsing/surfing gets slow(offcourse) because the  bandwidth is being sucked by the users who are busy in downloading.

I want the smoothness between both (browsing/surfing and downloading)

ISA cant do bandwidth control. Try to use bandwith splitter at http://www.bsplitter.com/ [:D]
