I have set-up a Denied URL List access rule.
Name:Denied URL List
Action: Deny
Protocols:HTTP, HTTPS
From/Listener:Internal
To: Banned Known Spyware Domains, Blocked List
Condition: All Users
This works fine until I went to go to www.screwfix.com website. The Denied URL List access rule blocked me. I have had a look in the URL Sets List and the Domain Name Sets lists (plus the exported XML files) and this site isn't listed, yet I am still being blocked. To get round it I have created an allow rule above it.
I would rather not have this fudge, is this a known bug, that is, sites that are blocked despite being not listed in the URL Sets or the Domain Name Sets?
