ISA 2006 and SurfControl Reports (Full Version)

I have a ISA 2006 setup and working fine, it is logging performing routing.  We also have SurfControl installed on it.
 
We are able to access the report server fine while on the local server, however if we try to access the reports page from the local network we get denied.

The error we get is:
 
Technical Information (for support personnel)

Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)
IP Address: 10.99.61.53
Date: 24/06/2008 09:54:24 [GMT]
Server: integra.domain.co.uk
Source: proxy
In the ISA Logging, we get the information:
 
Date - Dest IP - Dest Port - http - Denied Connection - Default Rule
Date - Dest IP - Dest Port - unidentified IP traffice - Initated Connection
Date - Dest IP - Dest Port - unidentified IP traffice - Closed Connection
 
Any idea on how I get this working?

Hi,

is there an rule allowing access to localhost via 8888 port?

Notice that the default rule is denying the connection.
