Avelino2 -> access a secure site using port 9443 from inside a ISA 2000 (25.Jun.2008 11:51:59 AM)

I am trying to access a portal (outside of my network I am using ISA 2000) on port 9443 I am getting HTTP 502 Proxy Error - Host is unreachable. For more information about this event, see ISA Server Help.(10065)

this is what I have tried so far
I have already run isa_tpr to open the port
I also created inbound and outbound protocols for that port and created a filter that permissions to pass both ways
what else can I do?
Any help will be appreciated
