Chat error
I'm getting this error while try to enter in yahoo chat room & I suppose this may be because of ISA firewall.

You'll need to check the firewall's log files to see if the ISA firewall blocked the connection.

Where  i can find it ?
I checked in c:\program files\ microsoft isa \log files \ 

but there are Mdb  files  .. no otherfiles  are there  ?

in between 
I get host not found  error[ error  - 11001] & i see my WAN  connection NIC disconnect & connects again automatically ?

this may be reason   ?

You need to use the firewall's log query feature. Find someone who knows about the ISA firewall or check out our book for details.

I checked in yahoo messenger connection prefrences with NO PROXY & it is working now.  

Before I tried with many users with FIREWALL with NO proxy OR with my ISA proxy.

It is working now with NO proxy.

You can use MDF Viewer also to read the MDF files , check it here : http://www.redline-software.com/eng/products/tk/components/mdf_viewer.php

Or just use the integrated log viewer in the ISA firewall console.
