pcam -> NLB not working with unknown activity being denied (17.Jul.2008 12:02:14 PM)

Hi All,
I am unable to setup NLB. The first thing I did was changed the WPAD record in my DNS to point to the virtual ip of ISA 2006 NLB. I then activated and restarted each of the two servers in the array. While one machine is able to update itself by downloading from a certain site, the main workstation I'm testing can't access any websites specifically allowed by the rules I've created. For instance, *.microsoft.com, *.live.com are allowed but FAIL (not DENIED) when attempting to access.
I receive strange errors in my logs
DC to ISA Array 1 - 1055,1056,1070,1071, *Unidentified IP Traffic* *DENIED*
Workstation I'm testing to Array 2 - 443, *SSL-Tunnel* - *DENIED*
Workstation I'm testing to Array 1 - 443, *SSL-Tunnel* - *DENIED*
Array 2 to Array 1 (which 1 has the configuration storage) - 2171 *MS Firewall Storage* *DENIED*
Any help would be appreciated
