Hi, what kind of authentication are you using? What´s the error message you´re getting? Regards, Paulo Oliveira.

I'm using integrated, but my users names aren't being reported in the logs for their internet activity. A couple are now and then, but not the majority of them. Majority of activity shows as 'anonymous'

right think I have it sorted. When our support guys configured the server for us the Client Firewall wasn't enabled on the workstations. I've just done it on mine and it's logging my data by username :)

Just installed the client one which comes with ISA onto the workstations. Logging all my activity, showing some as machine names, but think some of them won't kick in properly until they reboot

Did you check your configured DNS Servers for the ISA servers? Make sure your DNS Servers are the same used for your Domain. Also, just a random thought, you could register reverse records on your DNS Server and that would provide you computer names, without requireing authentication. or.. just make entires into your hosts file.. -Zuit

Well I seem to have it authenticating at the moment. I kept 'All authenticated users' in the rule and removed 'all users' and it then seemed to be reporting properly. Was pleased as I had it all logging to a SQL server and streaming out live into Excel :) I then had to reboot the server and on restart, noticed that nobody had access, whether they had the firewall client installed or no. I've found though that if I re-add the 'all users; group and apply, access is back, I can then remove it again and it's still ok :-s
