ISA 2006 not allowing to download files (Full Version)

We have an issue where we are behind a ISA2006 server trying to download files from Trendmicro. We get Http 404 error when doing so.  If I'm ootside our network I can down load the files without any problems.  It was suggested to :
Have the following URL on ISA's exclusion list:
http://smex8-p.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate/*
http://smex8-as.activeupdate.trendmicro.com/activeupdate/*
I cannot find how to do this.  Is this an easy fix?

Hi,

are these computers with full internet access? Is your access rule asking for authentication? What´s the ISA error log? Are you sure the URLs are correct, I mean it doens´t change to other?
