How to make isa2006 support authenticate another domain's account(another companyy Acquisited) to control access internet ?

LDAP Authentication is used only for Inbound connections ( Publishing rules ) and not for outbound rules.

For outbound connections, you can use RADIUS for Web proxy connections. For Firewall client support, you'll need to create a trust.
