Hello!
I have 1 windows 2008 server acting AD and Certification Authority. 1 ISA 2006 server and 1 Exchange 2007 server running on server 2003.
I�m trying to create a certificate for the exchange server and ISA for OWA, autodiscover and all that. I�ve had it working before but that was with a 3rd party authority. I took me a few days to get it going last time and now im stuck at the same place I was back then and I can�t remember the solution. The problem is that the private key gets lost somewhere so I can�t import it to exchange. Importing my self-signed certificate is no problem but now ISA complains about incorrect key type when I try to import. Spent 4 hours on it yesterday and I�m really going nuts here. Does anyone have a guide or instruction on how to get this running again? If it wasn�t for the damn certificate expiring I would never mess with it since it took so long to get it right the last time.

I had to run cerutil to repair the cert after it was created and now it works fine. Why didnt I think of that?!?
