Hi,

We have a LAN network with ISA server 2000 all operating systems with Microsoft outlook are working. Except ms outlook is not working in windows vista. If I use a wireless router then ms outlook is working in windows vista.i also updated isa sever service pack2 and ms isa client but sit is still not working.is there any key???

I highly suspect this is outside the 'realm' of ISA server.
What/where are these outlook clients connecting to? An exchagne server INSIDE your network, or pop3/smtp OUTside your network? If hte mailserver is inside there its very unlikely that ISA is the ause of your problem here.

however, are your vista machines configured the same way with respect to domain membershiop (ie: members of the same domain), is dns settings including suffix set the same on your Vista and pre-vista machines.? Can you ping/telnet to the mailserver from your vista machines? what error messags (if any) are you presented with in outlook as this could be a credential issue and not an underlying network problem?
