HI-
Maybe you can help out. We use LogMein Free and we are experiencing issues with dropped connections. Logmein lives on a PC behind the ISA server and is confiurged to use the ISA server's proxy firewall. A connection can be established(sometimes) and then it drops off. This happens wilth all the PCs behind the firewall. Logmein on the ISA server itsself works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Configure the logmein site for direct access....

Steve,

Not sure if you are subscribed to this thread and can answer me, but what do you mean create a 'direct' connection to logmein? Do you mean make an access rule specifically for *.logmein.com and do something like allow all ports? I am having the exact same issue as the original poster was.
