I have a ISA2004 on win2003 server.my ISA2004 is also a VPN server and my users can dial VPN server from all over the world and get faciliated. i have a software named VYPRESS CHAT which is not able to work over vpn :(...Vypress fourm says that you need to have a IGMP protocol support if not thn vypress will not able to show the users at Vypress software. even my LAN users who are behind my ISA , try to dial there local ISA/VPN server and get connected but even they are not able to see the Vypress users also i change the vypress Chat option from Option-->Network Setting-->UDP-->Binding interface-->and select the VPN interface IP which vpn client got from VPN server

If everything concerning VYPRESS Chat is "on the LAN" (which includes the VPN) then it is just a matter of creating the proper Access Rule Correctly between the Internal Network and VPN Clients Network.
You can't use ICMP with the Internet unless the effected Client is a SecureNAT Client which can be quite a mess to deal with.
