Is it posible to configure ISA (3-legs) with two internal and one external interface in
Hyper-v enviroment on hardware with only one physical NIC adapter.

I want to create test lab with that solution for learning.
If yes - Some advice how to configure it?

Regards

Use the Internal Only Network in Hyper-V and then use VLAN ID's to isolate each (internal) network. It's not perfect but is a cheap and cheerful to segregate your networks... check out the Hyper-V deployment guide for more information on Virtual LANs....

Bear in mind, that you can't share a NIC for remote management between ISA and the Hyper-V host (although support for this functionality is in 2008R2), so the recommended configuration will always be minimum 2 NICs, or in your case 2 physical NICs + 2 logical NICs (Internal)

Just as an aside, I'd definitely give Jim Harrisons explanation of considerations for securing ISA/TMG under virtualization a look. This'll give you an idea of the risk vectors.

Use Private networks in Hyper-V if it's just for learning purpose. The VMs in this network will not talk to the Base machine nor to the network outside.

You may use FOLDER2ISO utility (freeware) to convert any folder to ISO and attach it with the VM.

using only one physical network used this way will have serious network bacndwidth issues, just a FYI
