There is no obvious issue but the BPA reports The secure channel to the domain controller cannot be verified.  Suggests to
Verify that the system policy rule, Allow access to directory services for authentication purposes, is enabled.

But for the life of me, I cannot find this setting ... AM I LOSING MY MIND?!?!?

Reset the secure channel?

The "Edit System Policy" option can be found if you look in the task pane (on the right) when the firewall policy node is selected.

Cheers

Thanks for the reply.

But... I've looked at the settings when right clicking on the firewall policy  and that setting isn't there...

I guess in typical Microsoft ways, the setting is a cryptic message for another setting.

I won't lose any sleep since ISA works just fine.

You can see the option in this screenshot:

Bottom right, under the System Policy Tasks heading...

LOL ... no, I can get to the "edit system policy" ...  but I cannot locate anything that references the "Allow access to directory services for authentication purposes, is enabled."

Thank you!

Enable the "show system policy rules" option and then look for that name in the rules list.

When you edit system policy there is a section for Active Directory; check this is enabled and contains the correct groups etc.

It sounds like a BPA false positive though, if all else is working...

Cheers
