Xanith -> Error Code 10057 The requested socket is not connected (1.Jul.2009 2:42:32 PM)

Last week all HTTP traffic for all users returned the following error:
* Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The requested socket is not connected. (10057)
No rules were changed it just happened all of a sudden I looked through the ISA logs to see if I could find anything but did not find anything of relevance.
Now today I had the same error for all users again with no rule changes. Nothing in the logs that looks out of normal and a restart fixed the problem again.
Any ideas what the problem could be? I don't really want to restart the server randomly every few days now because of this. Other traffic goes through just fine, HTTPS, EMAIL, etc. all works without a problem.
