This is strange. We've been having our ISA Server 2000 "crashing" now and then. It seems to occur once a week.  System log doesn't indicate why this happens.
When it "crashed", we lose web access.  I cannot ping the server either. The only way is to hard reset the server to bring it back up. Yesterday, it happened again.  This time, I was able to view the screen and it seems external VPN clients are still connected to the server.  However, they couldn't access internal resources.  I checked the NIC power management, and it is off.
Can someone shed some light here? It is frustrating!

It has been two exact weeks when this started again.  I tried disabling the local NIC and re-enabling it and it seems to work. However, our VPN users now cannot access their e-mails through Outlook.  To solve this problem, I have to reboot ISA Server 2000.
There is an eventID of 5719.  Has this got to do with anything?
