I have to restric all the surf except some pages, so i meake a list of URLS and make a rule to allow protocols HTTP HTTPS from my internal network to that URL list, but i have some problems:
1) sometime http://www.google.com works and sometimes fails, how can i fix this? 2) How can i define acces to all the subdomains? 3) If a page use images or make reference to other pages or ip address, how can i tell the show it?

To start, make sure that you are using a Domain Name Set network object as opposed to a URL set. If you specify *.google.com you should have access to any google.com subdomains. If you load a page at google.com that subsequently pulls in content from another domain, you will have to create access rules for those domains as well. The only way to do that is to watch your ISA firewall logs for denied entires when you load the page, or use a protocol analyzer such as Network Monitor or Wireshark to watch the communication on the wire.
