I did look through previous posts and tried a few things but nothing seemed to work.

My company has installed security cameras and a DVR device.  This device allows viewing of the cameras and recordings from remote locations via the web.  It does this through a dynamic DNS site which points back to the actual device.  The main problem I am having is that I cannot get ISA to allow the traffic.  The device requires port 80 and port 4000 to be able to view the traffic.  I have tried web publishing rules along with server publishing rules that open the needed ports but it consistently fails.  Any help on this would be appreciated.
