I may have mis-posted my last entry...I want to run DirectAccess (new with W2K8R2 Server and Win7 clients). But I also like the TMG 2010 product in that it gives me the old ISA 2006 capabilities I enjoyed (plus more).

Is there any extra synergy with TMG 2010 and DirectAccess that I can't get by running them separately?

Hi Tad,

Not really. While you could piece together a DA solution using TMG, it's the UAG that adds the real value-add for DA scenarios.

However, as Tom says, UAG is the better solution for DirectAccess.
