Quitch -> How does ISA reporting determine OS? (1.Dec.2009 7:24:02 AM)

In my monthly reporting I see a number of Macintosh and Mac OS X instances reported in the Operating System area, however we don't have any Macs, or anything running Mac OS X in the organisation so I'm trying to determine if this is an error in how ISA interprets operating system, or whether we really have that many 3rd parties walking into building with Macs and somehow hitting our static proxy (seems unlikely).

Do you have an open WI/FI? What about iPhone access?

They shouldn't have the wireless keys (but the possibility of a rogue site is something I'm checking now) and we don't use Mobile Sync.

Also of interest is why some are Mac OS X and others are Macintosh and whether the fact that both have the same number of unique users is relevant.
