We can surf the net without issue except when we go to www.apc.com. My DSL connection will resolve the dns name no problem. The error we get is:

Error Code 11004: Host not found
Background: This error indicates that the gateway could not find the IP address of the website you are trying to access, possibly due to lack of information in the DNS server.
Date: 12/11/2009 10:46:06 PM
Server: isa2004, server 2003
Source: DNS error

I noticed a few other threads with the same issue but they were unresolved. Anyone have any ideas on where to start with this?

Please and thanks,

check if your ISA NICs are configured properly: http://blog.msfirewall.org.uk/2008/06/isa-servers-recommeded-network-card.html

If you use internal DNS server, make sure you´re allowing it to forward requests: http://www.elmajdal.net/isaserver/Internal_DNS_Forwarding.aspx
