Create a Domain Name Set that contains"*.facebook.com", and any other evil Domain Names you don't want them using.  Add this to the Exception box on the To Tab of the Access Rule that is being used.

Also create an Address Set and add Facebook's Subnet to it.  Facebook's subnet is   Do this for any other evil Domains that you want.  Add this Address Set to the same place in the Access Rule that you added the Domain Set.

The Domain Set will work for Web Proxy Clients only while they are using HTTP (not HTTPS).  The Address Set will pick up what is left over concerning other protocols and other Client Types.

How do you find out the subnet of a company?

1. Ping their FQDN (even if the ping itself fails).  This will give you one IP#.
2. Do a search using that IP# at this location,...the results will give you all the details you need.
