We're having an issue with Akamai Technologies.

We are running ISA 2006 Standard on a Win 2003 Server.

We have an issue where our users can access this site: http://www.cio.ca.gov/webcast.html, but cannot see the streaming video. I verified that the RTCP protocol was in an Allowed Rule under our Firewall Policy.

I used TCPView to see what Protocol and Port it was using. It shows it was using TCP.

The remote address was a96-17-161-181.deploy.ak.akamaitechnologies.com:554. (In this case, it should show that it was going through the ISA which it doesn't). I have verified with others that are going through the ISA Server, that they are experiencing the same issue.

When I bypass the ISA, I can get to the site fine and see the streaming video.
