I'm hoping I posted this in the right group. I renewed our SSL cert with GoDaddy and everything is working fine. IE (all versions) can connect to OWA with no problems. When Firefox users (we have a couple that refuse to use anything else)connect to the site they get an error message saying that "The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)" I know the users can just add an exception, but what is causing this and how do I fix it?

When I pull up the cert mmc for the isa server it does show that the certificate has a yellow exclamation point and that the message is "Windows does not have enough information to verify this certificate" Is this what is causing the problem? How is it fixed?

I doubt this is an ISA issue; It's more likely that you're missing the Go Daddy, Inc, Go Daddy Secure CA and Class 2 Group CA certificate in Firefox's CA list on the clients machine. You can accept the Certificate as an exception on the affected clients and it will add the CA to Firefox's CA list.
