Dear all,

i am getting the below ERROR message when i am downloading Hp Printer drivers.

i have ISA 2004 server.Please give me solution for this.

Hi,

it is clear that you have an access rule blocking the web site. Check ISA real-time logs to see what access rule is denying the access.

Hi,
This's one of problem that is not easy to result, but first you can go and check with your browser for proxy connection,you can go to Configuration-->Networks-->Properties your Internal Lan -->check Web Proxy, Check Web Browser configuration, you can add Bypass proxy for Web Server (url)etc...

For real-time logs go to Monitoring select Logging Tab and click Start Query, from now you can start your download and looking the result from isa, see what access rule is denying the access.

I checked the Logging Rules, i am sending the information of logging. please check below and please Give me step by step instructions what i have to do to solve this Problem.

are you downloading using HTTP protocol?

The rule denying the acces is the Default Rule

It means, no other rule matched the request.
